MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 4th July 2005 Word Game
Here is a very simple word game. You take any word (say the word 'actor') and then you seek to create new words from the letters. For every new word you score one point for each letter. When you have fifteen points you can 'buy' any new letter you wish. You proceed to form yet more words. It is possible to have a debt. For example if you onlu score ten points you can have a debt of five points and still get a new letter. You cannot have a debt of more than twenty points.
Continue the game as long as you like. You can play on your own or competitively with other people.
