MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 15th August 2005 Achieving Simplicity - a new course
There is no natural progress towards simplicity. Things tend to get more and
more complex with the passage of time. Simplification processes can save
time and money. M.D.C. estimated that they saved 20 million dollars in the
first year of using parallel thinking. Simplification is a very important
process, both to commercial business and equally to the public sector. Every
organization should have a 'Simplicity Officer' whose business it is to lead
teams and other efforts to simplify on-going processes. To help in this, I
have designed a new course for Achieving Simplicity. The first session for
training trainers in simplicity will be held between 21st-23rd September 2005 at Des Moins, U.S.A. For details please contact Kathy Myers (kmyers@debonosystems.com) or see www.debonothinkingsystems.com/home.htm
