MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 22nd August 2005 Achieving Simplicity - the new course
The simplification process involves a clear understanding of concepts and
functions. Sometimes there may be a need to find a different way of
delivering the same concept. Sometimes there may be a need to change the
concept itself. Some of the aspects of simplification are similar to those
of design except that there is rarely the opportunity to design from scratch
because there is already an on-going process. These different considerations
will be included in the first course on Achieving Simplicity that is being
run between 21st-23rd September 2005 at Des Moins, U.S.A. For details please contact Kathy Myers (kmyers@debonosystems.com) or see www.debonothinkingsystems.com/home.htm
