MESSAGE FOR WEEK BEGINNING 19th December 2005 Thinkers
I am writing this in Belgrade. I am here to help Serbia set up 'Thinkers'. This will change the nature of democracy which is currently based on the technology available to ancient Greeks.
There is a need for new ideas but democracies are not designed to produce new ideas. These are too high a risk for any democracy. I shall let you know how things progress.
